Refund Policy

At Music 4 Humans, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
