Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and internationally. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Music 4 Humans is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Lost Packages

  • Music 4 Humans is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

  • If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at music4human@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide you with an update.
